Sound familiar

Most growth problems sit in the gaps between tools.

“We get traffic. We don’t get inquiries.”

Visitors arrive and leave without a clear next step, or the site talks about you instead of answering the buyer.

“Someone has to copy every lead by hand.”

Forms land in an inbox, get retyped into a CRM, and follow up depends on who remembers.

“None of our systems talk to each other.”

The site, email, store, and reports each tell a different story, so nobody trusts the numbers.
Services

Four ways in. Start with what costs you most.

Each service starts with a paid review, so you know what to fix before anything gets built.

How projects run

Discover. Build. Improve.

1

Discover

A 30 minute fit call, then a paid review or audit. You get a written picture of what’s working, what isn’t, and what to fix first.
2

Build

Fixed scope implementation: the site, the search foundation, or the AI pilot, delivered and tested against what we agreed to measure.
3

Improve

Optional monthly care. A short backlog, worked in priority order, with a report that shows what changed.
Selected work

With CC Communications
Laboratory and industrial chemicals. The Web.com store did about $50,000 a month and could not customize ordering for different product variations, or combine hazmat shipping with other sensitive products. The current site does close to $300,000 a month. Orders fulfil through ShipStation.

Who does the work
You work with Kevin Grennan from the first call to the last fix. The person who scopes it builds it.
Kevin started in creative work in 2000 and moved through web design, UX, development, and digital marketing into connecting business systems. That range matters when the problem is half design, half plumbing.

Practical AI

One workflow. One pilot. Measured.

AI work here starts with a task your team repeats every week, like sorting inbound leads or drafting the first pass of a proposal. We test whether AI can take the first pass while a person keeps the final call.
