The path

Twenty-five years across the whole stack.

2000

Creative work

Design and visual communication, where explaining an idea clearly came first.
Then

Web design and UX

Designing sites around what visitors are trying to do, and testing whether they can.
Then

Development

Building those sites, especially in WordPress and WooCommerce, and fixing them when checkout, shipping, or email broke.
Then

Digital marketing

Search, analytics, and campaigns, and learning which ones brought in inquiries.
Now

Connected systems and AI

Joining the website, CRM, email, commerce, and reporting, and adding AI where it takes real work off a team.
Why that matters

Fewer handoffs. Fewer gaps.

Most growth problems cross disciplines. A lead gets lost because of a form setting, a CRM field, and a missing email rule, all at once. When one person understands design, code, marketing, and operations, the fix doesn’t wait on four vendors agreeing whose problem it is.
Kevin calls the role a growth integrator: someone who connects strategy, design, development, marketing, and operations so the business can attract the right customers and handle the work that follows.

Complex product lines, technical buyers, and quote requests that need to reach the right rep.

Service companies

Businesses where every inquiry matters and follow up speed wins the job.
